Who coaching is for
You want to use AI in your business, but you don't need someone to build a whole system for you. You might be getting started, trying to make an existing tool more useful, or looking for a second set of eyes on a decision.
Coaching gives you time with Wes to ask questions, try an approach and talk through the tradeoffs. You bring the context from your work. Wes brings practical experience with AI, automation and the systems around them.
What we can work on
These are example questions, not client stories. Your question sets the agenda.
Get more useful answers
How do I give an AI tool enough context? How do I check its output before I rely on it? We can work through prompts and examples from the kind of work you actually do.
Choose what belongs in your workflow
Which jobs might benefit from AI, and which would be simpler with ordinary automation? We can talk through the tools you already use and where a person still needs to make the call.
Think through data and system choices
What should I consider before putting business information into an AI tool? When might local AI make sense? We can map out the questions to answer before you commit to a setup.

- Keep the conversation goingReasonable email back-and-forth and the thinking and planning around your session are included. Larger pieces of technical work get their own scope and quote.
