Privacy
Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
This website, teamdub.com, is run by TEAM DUB LABS LTD. ("Team Dub Labs", "we" or "us"), a Saskatchewan corporation (entity number 102240024) with its registered office at 200-1965 Broad Street, Regina, SK S4P 1Y1.
This policy covers the website and booking only. Our Nippli app has its own privacy policy at teamdub.com/nippli-privacy.html.
What we collect and why
- Visit logs. When you load a page, our website host, Vercel Inc., automatically records technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. They are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
- Analytics. We use Fathom Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies. When you load a page, Fathom receives your IP address and browser details, turns them into a scrambled visitor code that changes every day, and does not store your IP address with your visit. It records things like the page viewed, the referring site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. This shows us which pages are useful.
- Bookings. This site has no forms. To book a call, you use a Google Calendar booking page. Google collects your name, email address and anything else you choose to enter, and shares it with us. We use it to schedule the meeting and follow up on your request. Google's booking page is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Emails. If you email us, we use your address and message to reply.
teamdub.com does not set cookies. Google's booking page is on Google's own site and may use its own cookies under Google's policies. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site: our host (Vercel Inc.), Conva Ventures Inc. (Fathom Analytics, a Canadian company) and Google LLC (booking, calendar and email). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Information stored outside Canada
These providers may store or process your information outside Canada, mainly in the United States. For example, Fathom stores analytics data in the United States. While it is there, it is subject to that country's laws and may be accessed by its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete booking details and emails within two years of our last contact. If you do, we keep records tied to our work together for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as Canadian tax law requires, then delete them. Our host keeps visit logs for a limited time under its own policies. Analytics records don't include your IP address and are kept for as long as we use the service.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, see it, and ask us to correct it. Send your request by email and we will reply within 30 days.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits. For example, you can cancel a booking and ask us to delete your details, although we may then be unable to meet with you. You can also block the analytics script with your browser or a content blocker.
Contact and complaints
Questions, requests and complaints go to our Privacy Officer:
