AI
Implementation
You know AI should be doing something in your business. We work out what, prove it on a small slice of real work, and put it into production with the checks it needs to stay honest.
Book a free 30-minute callThe problem
Most AI projects die somewhere between the demo and Monday morning. The demo works on ten tidy examples. Your real inbox has a few thousand messy ones, and some of them are in all caps.
So we start with the messy ones. We pick one narrow job, test the AI against your actual examples, and count how often it gets it right before anyone relies on it. If it can't do the job reliably, you find that out in discovery, not six months in.
And if the rule fits on an index card, you don't need AI. You need an if-statement. We'll tell you that too.
What it can look like
Examples below are illustrative: the kind of thing we'd look at, not client stories.
Quote requests that arrive half-finished
A trades company gets about 40 quote requests a week by email. Half are missing the address, the photos or both. An AI step reads each one, pulls out what's there, emails the customer for what's missing and puts a clean job card in the office queue. A person still sets the price.
The same 20 questions about the handbook
Staff keep asking the office manager things that are already in the safety manual and the employee handbook. A private assistant answers from your own documents, points to the page it got the answer from, and says "I don't know" when the documents don't say.
Spring paperwork in every format
An accounting office gets receipts, statements and slips as photos, PDFs and the occasional fax. AI sorts each one and pulls the numbers into the spreadsheet staff already use. Anything it isn't sure about goes to a person, flagged.
What it costs and how long it takes
- First callFree, 30 minutes.
- DiscoveryFrom $2,500, fixed price, typically 2–3 weeks. You get the plan: which job, which AI, where your data goes, how we'll measure whether it works, and what the build costs.

Questions
Which AI do you use?
Whatever fits the job and your data rules. That's either commercial cloud AI under business contracts that bar them from learning from your data, or fully self-hosted AI when nothing can leave the building. The plan names which one and why.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
It will, sometimes. That's why we test it on your real examples before it goes live, send anything it's unsure about to a person, and keep checking it after launch.
Do we need our own servers?
No. It can run on commercial cloud services, on your infrastructure, or on ours.
Can we start small?
That's the idea. One narrow job, proven, then the next one if it's worth it.
Not sure if AI fits? That's what the call is for.
Bring the job you'd hand off first. We'll tell you whether AI is the right tool for it.
