Workflow
Automation
The repetitive work that grinds you down. Sometimes that needs AI. Often it just needs a well-built integration between four systems you already pay for. We'll tell you which.
Book a free 30-minute callThe problem
Somebody in your office copies numbers from one screen into another. Every day. They're good at it, which is exactly why nobody's fixed it.
Most of that work doesn't need AI. It needs your scheduling tool, your accounting software and your inbox to pass things along without a person in the middle. That's plumbing. It's not glamorous, and it's usually the cheapest win in the building.
We'll also do the math with you. If an automation saves ten minutes a month, it isn't worth building, and we'll say so.
What it can look like
Examples below are illustrative: the kind of thing we'd look at, not client stories.
Invoicing that eats your Fridays
Jobs get marked done in the scheduling tool on Tuesday. The invoices get typed up on Friday. With an automation, a finished job drafts its own invoice in your accounting software, sends it and nudges the customer at 30 days. Nobody retypes anything.
New client, nine manual steps
A new client means a CRM entry, a shared folder, a welcome email, a contract and a kickoff booking, each done by hand and sometimes forgotten. One intake form kicks off all of it, in the same order every time.
The Monday report built on Friday afternoon
Someone pulls numbers from three systems into a spreadsheet every week. The report builds itself overnight and lands in the right inboxes at 7 a.m. Monday.
What it costs and how long it takes
- First callFree, 30 minutes.
- DiscoveryFrom $2,500, fixed price, typically 2–3 weeks. You get a plan that lists which jobs to automate, which systems to connect, which ones need AI (often none), and what the build costs.
- BuildQuoted after discovery. Small automations can land in weeks.
- After launch30-day warranty. Ongoing support is available monthly if you want it.
Questions
Do we have to replace our software?
Usually not. The point is to get the tools you already pay for talking to each other. If one of them is the real problem, the plan will say so.
Does this need AI?
Often no. Moving data between systems is a job for an integration, not a model. We only add AI where something has to be read or judged, like a messy email or a scanned form.
What happens when one of our systems changes?
Everything we build is documented, so you or another developer can see what's connected to what. Within 30 days of launch, fixes on our side are free. After that, a monthly support arrangement covers it if you want one.
What if we decide to build it ourselves?
Then you take the plan and go. It's yours.
