30-day warrantyEither way you end up with a working system, on your infrastructure or ours, documented and handed over. If we got something wrong in the first 30 days, we fix it free.

Team Dub Labs is one person and a roster of AI agents. The person is Wes Awesome. He scopes the work, builds it, reviews everything that ships, and he's the one you call when something's wrong.
He's been at this for about 30 years: Windows, Apple, Linux and Unix on the systems side, Azure and AWS in the cloud. The AI is new. Running production systems isn't.
The agents run this business every day. They handle email, finance, software development, marketing and keeping the knowledge base current. Wes points them at the work and checks what they hand back. So when we recommend something, there's a good chance it's already running here. And if you'd rather not run the infrastructure yourself, yours can live on ours.

Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. It's 30 minutes, and it's a working conversation, not a pitch. You tell us what's slow, manual or missing. We tell you straight whether it's worth fixing. If it isn't, we'll say so, and all you've spent is half an hour. Book a free 30-minute call, or email us below.
What does discovery cost?
It starts at $2,500, and it's a fixed price. You get the number before you commit, and there's no hourly meter running. It typically takes two to three weeks and ends with a plan you own outright: what to build, how, and what it'll cost.
Can we take the plan and build it ourselves?
Yes. That's the point of paying for discovery. The plan is yours, so handing it to your own team or another shop is a perfectly good outcome. No hard feelings, no strings.
How long does a project take?
Discovery typically runs two to three weeks. Builds vary too much to promise a number here and mean it, so your plan includes a timeline for your project. Small automations can land in weeks. Custom software takes longer.
Who owns what we pay for?
Once your project is paid in full, you get a lifetime licence to use the software we build you in the product we built it for. Change it, improve it, or have another developer maintain it, all without asking us. What you can't do is resell it or lift pieces out to use in or sell as other products. We keep ownership of the underlying tech.
What happens after handoff?
Every build comes documented and handed over, with a 30-day warranty. Anything we got wrong in that time, we fix free. After that, ongoing support is a simple monthly arrangement if you want a safety net. Systems running on our infrastructure include monitoring and upkeep as part of the deal.
Who leads the work?
Wes. He leads the technical work and reviews everything that ships. AI agents do a lot of the research, drafting, testing and day-to-day operations, and a person directs them and answers for the result.
What if Wes is unavailable?
We plan for it. Everything is documented from day one so another developer could pick it up. We build on standard, boring technology, not anything exotic. And nothing we ship needs us around to keep running.
Is our data safe with AI?
It's private by default. Your business data never goes into free consumer AI tools. When cloud AI is part of your build, we use commercial services whose contracts bar them from learning from your data, and your plan names exactly what touches your data and where. If nothing can leave your building, we build fully self-hosted AI. We run that kind of setup ourselves, every day.
What happens to my data after an On-Site AI job?
Nothing leaves your building. The job runs on our machine, at your site, with no cloud and no internet in the loop. By default we securely erase our drives before we leave. If your compliance people want more, that's fine: we'll confirm it in writing, or you keep the storage drive and destroy it yourself. More about On-Site AI.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If you need one before we talk specifics, send yours over or we'll provide one.
Do you work outside Regina?
Yes. Anything in person, we'll do anywhere in Saskatchewan. Most project work happens remotely anyway, so for AI, automation and software we work with businesses across Canada.
